On-Location Headshot Information

For on-location team headshots I typically offer a solid white backdrop, gray backdrop or an environmental look (compressed/bokeh photo of what is already available in the space). If you need me to match previous team headshots, I am open to custom backdrop color requests.

Environmental headshot Examples

If you’re hoping for an environmental look but your current space isn’t suitable, I can help you find a stylish rental location that fits your vision. I’m also open to photographing outdoors, though rescheduling a larger group due to poor weather can be challenging. If you’re considering outdoor headshots, having a backup plan in place is highly recommended.

For indoor sessions with a standard backdrop, I offer tethered shooting, allowing team members to review and select their final raw images directly on a computer screen. For other setups, I carefully curate the best shots, but participants are welcome to preview images on the back of my camera if they have concerns about angles or expressions. Once selections are made, I professionally retouch the images to ensure natural, polished results—adjusting colors and skin tones, reducing blemishes and flyaways, minimizing glare on glasses, and refining any distracting elements for a flawless final look.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is your turnaround time for image delivery?

The turnaround time depends on the amount of headshot participants. Typically my delivery time is around 2-3 weeks. The delivery time will be discussed and outlined in the contract.

2. Can employees share their headshots online?

Yes, companies may sublicense the digital files to each respective director or employee for their use in any capacity.

3. Are we able to manipulate the images to use in marketing campaigns?

Yes, I grant clients permission to manipulate images to best suit advertising or print campaigns (adding business name or logo, resizing to fit a format, etc).

A signed contract and a 50% deposit are required to secure your session, both of which will be processed through my online management system. For convenience, I also accept credit card payments.
